Showed up early which was great and eased my mind about my hot water heater. I wasn’t sure if something was wrong with it or not because an alarm has went off a few times but come to find out it was just because of the cold weather and my hot water heater is good. I really appreciate how much time they spent making sure there were no problems and didn’t charge me a service fee. I will definitely use them in the future if needed and I will recommend them to anyone I know.

Our tankless water heater died suddenly and we were desperate to replace it immediately. Out of the ¡more than twenty! plumbers I called, Moody was the only one willing to help us out on a Friday night. We have a very busy Airbnb which shares the same water, it was vital that we address the matter promptly and I couldn’t be more grateful for Moody going into overtime to get us back in service after hours on what was surely a long week. The whole crew was obviously competent and professional and really helped to keep us from losing our minds. I’m a loyalist who really appreciates good service. Moody earned themselves a customer for life and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality plumbing service.

I called Moody Plumbing for an estimate to relocate a few pipes for a small renovation project. Devin and Chris showed up on time, assessed the project and provided the estimate as requested. A huge bonus was having the work done the same day! I was not expecting that. When the work was finished they did a thorough job testing the work and left the house spotless! I called with somewhat of an emergency - constantly dripping faucet. It was a very old tub, difficult to repair, but they did repair it. Very professional, reasonable price considering quick response and work involved. Also, yesterday, 12/12/25, Friday afternoon my kitchen faucet broke. Called again and was blessed that Ken was there quickly, very positive and professional, Although it was after 6, he did not rush, explained everything. Definitely will use them again. Already recommended Moody to a friend.

Moody did all the plumbing for our renovation last year and did a fantastic job. They just came back to replace an old pressure reducing valve and add the Moen Flo system which can among other things detect a leak within the system and automatically shut off The incoming water. We learned the hard way about not turning your water off to your house when on vacation.
These guys are pros from top to bottom and do what they say they’re gonna do when they said they would do it for a reasonable price.

Their service was perfect; responsive on a Sunday and really terrific guys. Friendly and professional. We totally endorse Moody Plumbing.

John came to our appointment expecting to replace a broken pressure-adjusting valve that had necessitated turning off water supply to my condo for several days. Turns out, the whole unit needed replacing. He re-scheduled his afternoon appointments so he could install the unit and provide water I had been without for nearly a week. He was professional, skilled, congenial and empathic, and I would welcome him back for any plumbing need.

On 11/25/25, Devin came expecting to replace the innards of my toilet tank, as the tank would not fill up nor flush properly. That was the required repair, which he accomplished with dispatch. He was a pleasant presence, in addition; I'd welcome him back for any plumbing need.

Not enough stars!! The receptionist was so kind and helpful with my emergency. Even called me with an updated ETA. Both James and his co-worker were friendly and kind. They arrived within the hour of my call!!! (Champion's reply was they'd put me on tomorrow's schedule). Moody Plumbing's team are amazing and I look forward to their estimate for my other, non-emergent project in Fairview.
