They came out to our home the same day to assess the situation and offer us the options for replacement. New water heater was quickly installed the next day. We live on a mountain in Old Fort @ 18 – 20 minutes from I-40. Honest & responsive owner. Good quality workmen who are polite & hardworking.

My kitchen faucet started having really low water pressure when running hot water, and the valves seemed to be old and corroded. Misty was so kind when I called Moody Plumbing Inc. and got me on the schedule within a few days. Called Moody Plumbing Inc. and within a few hours, they sent someone out to assess our issue. We had a leak under our kitchen sink which had been going on for longer than we thought, so we had a lot of wood rot. Dylan pulled out the sink and added 2×4’s to reinforce the sink which hadn’t been installed properly from the beginning. Issue fixed in a few hours. Very impressed with the service and pricing. I highly recommend this company to anyone. It’s rare to get such quick response these days, let alone high-quality work with fair pricing. 5 stars.

They discovered a toilet leak had caused substantial damage to the flooring in our bathroom, including under tub and vanity. They immediately scheduled a remediation company to come out who showed up in just 1-2 hours . They communicated with Moody Plumbing Inc. and the insurance company. And they work for us, not the insurance agent. During a difficult situation, their knowledge and help has made it easier and fast!!! I will rehire them for future plumbing jobs.
New filter system placed and wow, what a change in the water with iron, chloride, and more! Dylan was excellent.
Needed a main water line from the city meter repaired. Leak was not obvious in the front yard. I dug up ground near the water main and found water coming from beneath a tree a previous owner had planted years before. Dylan and Dom from Moody Plumbing Inc. worked with my schedule and were available in a very reasonable time frame when other companies were weeks out. They confirmed the leak, got rained out once when trying to trace the line to house, but they were superstars and connected a temp line over the ground to my main water inlet. Saved me hundreds of dollars. I used to pay about $100/month and my last bills were over $300! They came back the next Thursday after the 4th of July weekend giving me enough time to rent a trencher. I had hoped to find the old line by cutting through it. I did not find it. They brought back detection equipment and found the pipe quickly in the dry conditions. It was 1.5 feet deeper than I trenched. In 2.5 hours after detection, they had me set back up at 75 PSI. Total project cost was very reasonable, partially because I did the majority of trenching and backfilling. Probably saved about 1/2 the total cost. I highly recommend them.
James is Mr. Reliable–courteous, personable, focused, efficient, very competent, thorough, and professional. And he doesn’t leave a mess! His helper, Thomas, was also a nice presence. I’d be happy to have them back anytime I have a plumbing issue!

Found out we had a leak on our water line outside and called a local large plumbing company. They quoted 4500$ to run a completely new line. I call Moody Plumbing Inc., and the owner called me back after hours on a Friday. Had a crew, Chris and CP, onsite the next Tuesday, and fixed the cracked coupling. Total cost $347. Moody Plumbing Inc. is a rare find in companies today. Honest, professional. I can’t say enough good things. I have found my plumbing company for life. Chris and CP were great, showed up on time, cleaned up, explained the issue, and what was needed to fix the issue. There was no upselling, just an honest quote and great work.

Hot water heater tank started leaking and called at least 15 area plumbers who couldn’t schedule us for a few days or even a week or more. Got in touch with these folks, and they understood that going without hot water for a week would be rough. They found a way to get their guys out to us on a Friday afternoon and get the job done. I had a major plumbing issue in my home. I called several plumbing companies to get an estimate. Bobby Moody came out the same day that I called. He was very knowledgeable, and I instantly knew I was in good hands. I had a few other plumbers come over to assess, and none of them came close to being as thorough and realistic about the work that needed to be done. Several days later, a few plumbers came out from Moody Plumbing Inc. and fixed the issue very quickly and efficiently. They gave me great advice but did not try to sell me on things that I did not need. I feel like I had wonderful service from Moody Plumbing Inc. at a very reasonable price, and I will use them in the future from now on. It can be hard to find dependable people to work on your home, and I can cross finding a plumber off the list. These guys are the honest and dependable, and I am so thankful that I found them!
